Particularly good and fab location opposite main attractions and a railroad station. Pedestrian area. Brand-new and well-appointed rooms with a very comfortable four poster bed, good services. A laptop, a chair, and WiFi available❤🙂

I found the staff super friendly and the room clean and tidy. It's just a short stroll to the Piece Hall and the Central Library.

The hotel was huge, and the meals were different, I loved the decent location just next door to the main bus terminus as well as all the restaurants. The bar served lots of meals for breakfast. Overall it was inviting where the toilet was working.
Even though everything was great, some of the staff were dirty.

I really enjoyed the short walks to both The Piece Hall, just a few steps away, and the Square Chapel Theatre, only a quick 10-minute stroll from the hotel.

Very friendly and helpful girl at front desk. Delivery of obscure paper under door in morning.
Shower!!! I explained to front desk. pressure was excellent, but hot/cold much too sensitive and variable o touch. Also the new vogue for half glass splash protectors should go the way of betamax tapes. Dreadful. look into the shower curtain with curved rod which a) keeps water in tub and b) keeps curtain off person. For the price this was not great value.

A simple but clean and centrally located hotel with a cosy restaurant and very friendly staff.

Clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff, ideally located near the railway station and local attractions. Free parking is a nice touch, but the rooms could use some updating, and the absence of a lift makes it challenging for those with mobility issues.
